Yo! I’m back…sorry Ive been crying all this time after seeing Prometheus…Pas facile!!!
Ok, apart from that, I’ve been following a super cool course from Scott Eaton http://www.scott-eaton.com/digital-figure-sculpture
I strongly suggest it. The guy is amazing and so are his courses.
So here’s a couple homework sketches I have done so far. I hope you like it!
Ok, I changed my mind on his space jockey suit, I went more for the Jockey Y style. But that doesn`t mean I wont use his old chest in some way later My way of seing it is that the chest structure and the tube on the nose in the movie was more of a respirator/interface for the pilot…hey, but that`s just me…
I just saw the very bad quality teaser trailer for Prometheus…gosh June is so far away Justa can`t wait!
A friend at work told me to take it easy if I don’t want to be over-hyped when it comes out. Alright, this time I won’t go buy toys from the movie before it comes out…like I did for Starwars 1 Hehehe….:( je le sais, c’est pas drôle!
Ok so here a little update on my space jockey. I will post a new wip tomorrow night. Bon, that’s it jmenva me coucher!
I needed to do something about this movie…I just can`t wait! Meanwhile here`s little interpretation sketch of a space jockey I did in a couple hours. I hope you like it.
Hey all, little update on Joff. I played a couple minutes with the new Dynamesh and the CurveSurface Brush in 4R2…pas mal cool!
See you in a couple months
Allright I think the head is more what I wanted it to be like that!
I know it`s been a while. For the last week I have been working on a character M.Zuckerman. The illustration (please click on the preview image to see everything…) is from a old wh40k book I have. I worked on the head a little more than the rest of the body but I’m really not sure it`s gona stay like that…I think I prefer head on the full body sketch, anyway it`s a big old wip…
Just a little update. Btw, M.Googeli have absolutly no link with the 100 zero corp…
Here’s monster I did for a SyFy Channel show…no, not “Sharktopus”
That’s it, that’s his name. Overall it was a good session. I did a bit of work and I found non-toxic odorless turp and turpenoid at Omer DeSerres. I also found nifty little tools that I tweaked so they work like mini rakes…they are pretty fun to use.
